CHECKLIST FOR TEAMS
Here is a quick checklist for all teams participating in the Fjellhammer Cup. If you don't find the answers you're looking for, please contact us via the chat function in Profixio!
A and AA cards: In Profixio, it states which school and classroom you have been assigned. Classroom assignments will be available from 5:00 PM on Friday. The person checking in is the same person who will be staying overnight/firewatch for the team and must sign for the number of people and that the instructions have been received. You will then receive a folder with the cards you have ordered, as well as an entrance ticket to the Opening Show. There will also be keychains equal to the number of cards ordered.
If you arrive early or have matches during this time, you can leave your luggage, which will be watched over at Fjellhamar Arena.
AAA cards: Check-in at Thon Hotel Snø starts at 3:00 PM on Friday. All additional services can be picked up at the Fjellhammer booth.
This show is available exclusively with the X-card. Tickets will not be sold to anyone other than teams/organizations associated with the Fjellhammer Cup.
The show takes place indoors at Fjellhamar Arena and begins at 20:30 (doors open an hour earlier, at 19:30).
A visual inspection will be conducted for everyone entering, and the following items are not allowed: bottles, jackets, bags, backpacks, flags, umbrellas, and other large or long items.
The organizer is bound by strict regulations from the artists and may deny entry to anyone with a ticket if these rules are not followed. Note: Once inside the arena, re-entry is not permitted.
We encourage everyone under 12 years old to stay in the stands. The sound and light show are just as good, if not better, from the stands. Restrooms are available on the second floor for both genders.
Drinks in cups are sold at the event, and we accept cash, Vipps, and cards. The concert concludes around 22:30!
Safety is well-managed, with over 50 security personnel, including hired guards and Fjellhammer staff, as well as health and first aid support.
The age group up to 12 years is invited to a WATER DISCO at Fjellhamar Pool (Fjellhamar Arena) on Saturday from 19:00 to 22:00. Swimming caps are required, so please bring one. If not, they can be purchased at the entrance for 60 NOK. Lifeguards from Lørenskog Municipality and supervision from the Fjellhammer Men’s Team will be present. Entrance with the X-card is free; without it, the cost is 100 NOK.
The age group 13 and up is invited to a disco at Fjellhamar Hall. The stage will be set up in the gym. The event runs from 20:00 to 23:00 and is free with the X-card. Entry without the X-card costs 100 NOK.
Those 20 years and older are welcome to the Leaders Party at Liv & Røre at Triaden.

Upon arrival at the Fjellhammer Cup, teams must always refer to the current match schedule in Profixio. Teams with A or AA cards will receive all their ordered services at their accommodation. Those with AAA cards or teams without overnight stays will collect their services at the Fjellhammer booth outside Fjellhamarhallen.
There is free parking at all the municipal halls, but capacity is limited. We encourage everyone to use public transport to Lørenskog and, if necessary, take the tournament bus if you need to move between the halls.
Parking outside designated areas will incur a fee and possibly towing. Therefore, please be mindful to follow signage and instructions to avoid penalties.
Parking for team buses is available on the gravel field by Fjellhamarhallen. These will not be accessible as they will be parked in an area that makes them blocked in.
Note! Parking at Thonhallen: Follow the parking regulations of Triaden Shopping Center.
The Fjellhammer stand is the "heart" of the tournament. Located by the Fjellhamar Hall, it's the place where players from the women's team assist with various tasks, including:
-
Distributing and selling the official tournament T-shirt (Note! Bring your X-card to collect the T-shirt for free. For others, the price is 150 NOK per piece.)
-
Distributing X-cards and providing other services for those with AAA cards or teams without accommodation
-
Selling supporter merchandise and consumables
-
Managing prize distribution for all teams up to 12 years
The main secretariat for the Fjellhammer Cup is located in the office wing of Fjellhamar Arena. The entire tournament management team will be present throughout the weekend and is available for any questions or concerns, big or small.
This service is free for everyone with an X card, or 100 NOK per day for others. Payment is made on the bus via Vipps.
Note! The tournament bus only runs on the full hour to Skjettenhallen.
The bus stops at all sports halls and accommodations. Some halls are further from the bus stop than others, so it’s important to plan well according to the match schedule.
The tournament bus runs non-stop from 5 PM to 9 PM on Friday, 7 AM to 9 PM on Saturday, and 7 AM to 4 PM on Sunday. Departure times are every half hour (on the hour and half past) plus additional stops as shown below.
